Pursuant to the terms of the Credit Reporting Act,2007 (Act 726) the Applicant / Client, by singing this declaration authorizes Awake Microcredit Enterprise to submit information on this transaction to the Credit Bureau license under this Act for the purposes of Credit Management and authorizes same to contact other sources for Credit References.
